You can book a solo-occupancy cabin, or choose a double cabin and be paired with another solo traveller of the same gender, pending availability.

No. International and domestic flights, and accommodation before or after the cruise, are not included. Airport pickup and drop-off transfers are included.

Due to the upfront investment we make in our "Epicurean Adventure" events, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you paid a deposit and subsequently cancel, this only applies to the deposit. If you're unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another guest or in some cases credited to your SATT account. Simply let us know their details at least 72 hours in advance at [email protected]. Transferring funds for your seats remains the responsibility of the original purchaser. The Seat at the Table community is diverse but all share one quality: a natural curiosity and a nose for fun! Fellow discerning lovers of French wine, gastronomy, discourse and adventure. You will be joined by a small hand-picked group of the most "interested and interesting" people you'll have met in some time. Trust us on that one.

The "Table" and Epicurean Adventures are bilingual English and French, predominantly in English.

We strongly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance prior to departure. Travel insurance is not included.

Tickets to our "Epicurean Adventures" are non-refundable. These are once-in-a-lifetime experiences that require substantial upfront planning and investment as soon as you secure your spot. To confirm your place, a non-refundable reservation fee is required at the time of purchase. If a final payment is not received within two weeks of its due date, your reservation will be cancelled and your spot made available to other guests. Thank you for your understanding as we prepare an unforgettable journey for you.

Yes. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket(s) to someone else. Be sure to let us know.

The Epicurean Adventure will proceed regardless of weather conditions: rain, hail or shine. In the rare event of an Act of God, such as extreme weather, natural disasters or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, that prevents the tour from taking place, we reserve the right to cancel the experience. In such an instance, guests will be refunded in full for any payments made to Seat at the Table at the time of cancellation. Additional expenses incurred by guests, such as travel or accommodation outside the tour, are not covered. Our primary goal is the safety and enjoyment of all participants. See our full T&Cs.
